Have been in same home for 38 years and had to move for the first time. From the 1st phone call to Annabelle’s till the time the movers finished and I signed off on their tablet, everything ran smoothly. Moving is always stressful. The crew showed up on time and were very polite. They were very efficient and had everything packed in no time. There was a lot of things to pack!!

I used Annabelles moving and storage after moving from a 4k sq ft house to a downtown loft. The movers were on time, courteous and professional. They even put in extra time to unpack my belongings and help me with my children. The owner always responded to my text and calls…..and when I ran out of supplies the owner personally came and brought more. Annabelles also stores some of my items and I have not had a problem. I would definitely use them again for all of my moving and storage needs.

We hired Annabelle’s when my parents moved and they did a great job, so we called them again for a large move involving many fragile pieces. We packed most of our things (and labelled them), but their guys came in and took care of all the pictures (some very large), large lamps, mirrors, and other breakable items that we could not handle. They were prompt, friendly, professional, and were quick to ask what else they could help us with. The move was the next evening and our closing ran late. Randy worked with us to hold off the trucks until we had access to the house. The same crew arrived and were very pleasant even though it was cold and getting dark. They worked efficiently, but didn’t look rushed. We had no problem finding anything after they left because they moved all the boxes and furniture into the rooms matching the labels on the boxes. We will call them again for our next move (which, hopefully, will be a long time from now)!!!
